Empower entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs who have a positive impact on biodiversity to scale their project.
An innovative acceleration and learning program on biodiversity using mixed learning methods, that is action oriented, transdisciplinary and local, and aims to develop a community of practitioners on a regional scale.
The BiPP program is a program created for AFD, with South African partners. It has a two-fold approach:
1. to use accelerator models to scale impactful projects and create a community of change makers.
2. to use nature-based learning methods to deploy pro-nature projects in various sectors and a common culture on biodiversity and ecological transition.
In this program a group of 30 pro nature project holders live an immersive experience around indigenous knowledge, system thinking, Biodiversity challenges, and deep ecology, before diving in a design sprint to refine their project and finally go through an acceleration phase to strengthen their impact and model.
